Maia Leisz

Maia Leisz lives and breathes European art and no wonder… Majoring in Art and French, she first was accepted to an intensive language program in southern France. She then studied at the Marchutz School of Painting in Aix-en-Provence. Her themes and inspiration are European based. Using a limited palette, she mixes her colors from the primaries to obtain a harmonious color scheme. The result are bold stroked grand works that are unforgettable. She currently lives in north Idaho with her wilderness photographer husband Charles Phillips and two young adorable children.
